Nutritious foods are great for a woman to have a healthy life. However, physical exercise is the best way to stay fit and fresh. The body will have a better blood circulation, strong muscles and bones, and the heart will be in perfect working order. Physical exercise will also make the body more immune and keep away lots of diseases.

1. Yoga and Pilates: Regular sessions of yoga and Pilates increase the brain G.A.B.A. (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) levels and improve the mood. These exercises also cut high blood pressure, cardiovascular risk factors and lower back pain.
